Hello,
Before enrolling into any one year programme, it is recommended that you check directly with the universities if you have not done so yet. They may consider your application after a WES evaluation. If WES evaluation option is not available by the concerned university check any 1 year PGD programme or complete the first year of a M.SC programme closely related to your desired field in India.

Hi,
To pursue Ph.D, you must start contacting the Ph.D research heads of the universities/departments and share your research interests with them. You have to be accepted by the research head before you submit your application. Universities in the US would require you to take the GRE. Additional eligibility will depend on the country and the university. Your scores are less so finding a suitable research university will be very competitive. I will also advise you to refer to this article for careers in psychology for more information.

The eligibility criteria is different for each university and college. As per my knowledge, the minimum criteria is 50% in class 12th with PCB.

Hi,
You need to have a good score in class 12th, SAT and TOEFL/ IELTS. Few additional criteria could be an SOP or personal essay depending on the country you plan to apply.
