You have to take IELTS to meet the English language requirements. No other test is required as such but you must have scored around 80% in your 12th.

Hi, You can enquire or check with the colleges for scholarship opportunities. Scholarships are given mainly on merit, you will be considered at the time of application for such scholarships. You can check the details on an university website. It depends if you are looking to pursue masters or bachelors degree. For masters degree, you need to have a bachelors degree in Psychology first. For undergraduate degree, it is not compulsory to have studied psychology in 12th.
You will need to give IELTS exam for admission purpose, and aim to score at least 7 bands overall.
