Criteria is graduation from a recognised university and
Admission Process based on Merit based/ Entrance exam. Start with the books of class 11th and 12th NCERT, this will help you with basic concepts and understanding. A reference book called "Intro. to psychology" by Robert Baron helps alot for your entrance exam.

Hi Naman, If you are going to go that route, you might as well go to M.Ed school. It all depends on what you want to do in life. You should look up the requirements for a Masters in psych because if you need psych experience, you may not obtain that after completing your BS in micro. When you pursue a Masters degree, it is likely assumed that you have some experience in that field and your advancing your degree for personal, professional or both reasons. Hope this helps!
Good Luck!
