Yes, you are eligible to pursue both the courses. Better go for M.Sc, as it will keep your options open later on also.

Yes, you can apply in India. There are many colleges in India for this course and giving admissions to foreign students. But with regards to fees and college reputation and other factors you should opt for Delhi University north campus colleges.

Minimum 60% percentage to get admission in B.A. (Hon) psychology from any recognized college or board. Some university give admission merit basis and conduct entrance exam. Thank you.
