Hello Jeevitha Reddy,
NEET is the common entrance test needed to be cleared for admission to MBBS which one has to pursue in order to become a psychiatrist. In order to become a psychologist, one needs to pursue post-graduation in psychology I. e. an M.A. /M.Sc in psychology.

Well, it is up to your preference and financial availability. The studies and career scope of course, would be better abroad in countries like Germany, France, Canada.
