The eligibility for M.Sc (Psychology) in most of the top universities is pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (it may vary with the university you choose). The main aim of M.Sc (Psychology) is to provide understanding and the answers to the complexity of human behavior with a broad focus on psychological testing, Psychopathology, Health Psychology, Positive Psychology and Organizational Behavior, etc. You must make sure that you are enrolling yourself in a premium university that provides you access to ample growth opportunities. 

I am sure MSW in HRD will be a good one for you, after your B.Com. One can work at community health centers, mental hospitals, schools or charitable trusts for mental health. You can even work for child welfare organizations where you can serve children who are neglected by parents or belong to the low-income families.

It depends on your class 12th subjects. If you are from science background then you can go for it.
