Hello Niraj,
A PTE score alone will not help you gain admission or obtain visa. Every program or college for that matter has different admission requirements, I would rather suggest you take IELTS over PTE. Score requirements will depend on your program level.

In Canada, you need GMAT and TOEFL. And in Australia, you need GMAT, IELTS or TOEFL.

Hi, 47 is not a good PTE score and is equivalent to around 5.5 IELTS. You can check with the universities for university specific admission requirements and also check if you could be eligible for bridge courses or ESL programs.

Hi, you cannot apply for the student visa only by taking the PTE. You must apply to a college and must receive the admission offer letter from the college. First you decide what to study and check the admission requirements and apply accordingly.

Good decision to get higher education from Canada.
One of the best locations.
Nice universities are there.
I would suggest you to opt for IELTS.
Also, check websites of universities for more details.

Though most of the UK universities accept the Indian graduation system of three years for entry into most of the postgraduate courses with a completion of 15 years of education, some courses and universities may require a qualification equivalent to British Bachelor (Honors) Degree, which requires 16 years of formal education, which would mean another year after graduation or a four year degree course like BE, B.Tech or other such courses.
An Indian, bachelor degree like BA, B.Com or B.Sc is equivalent to a British Bachelor (Ordinary) Degree and for most Universities, a good first degree from a leading university in India or its equival
