The ideal study duration depends on your current English level and target score. Generally, 2-3 months of dedicated preparation using official resources and diverse practice materials is recommended. Take timed practice tests to gauge your progress, identify areas for improvement, and manage time effectively during the actual exam.

In 2023, IELTS launched IELTS One Skill Retake across the world.neither of the tests is easier than the other. However, IELTS is more accessible and has an easier exam structure.

Each PTE Academic test has 20 auto-scored question types. Multiple choice answers are scored as right or wrong, but scores for more complex question types, like essay questions, are based on a mix of criteria. Some responses are also reviewed by a human expert before the automated score is finalised.
