The Pearson Test of English (PTE) is an English language proficiency test that is computer-based and often considered to be more flexible and faster in terms of results compared to IELTS exam. PTE is scored out of 90, and it assesses speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. IELTS is more widely recognised globally and has both paper-based and computer-based options, but it is often perceived as slightly more traditional in its testing format. Both tests are accepted by a large number of universities worldwide.I hope this clearly draws a comparison for you to decide.
