The cut off of PU LLB course is quite high, and as far I am aware, entrance exam is to be given to get admission in Panjab University College.

If the university provides sports quota for students who excel in Sports i.e., then you can surely apply in that category, and hopefully you'll get through. Best of luck for your future endeavors.

Dear aspirant, Unfortunately, on the basis of your marks, it would be difficult for you to get any college on basis of that. But you can surely you can opt for other private colleges and universities and admissions are still open in some private and government universities, you can try in them as well.
