You may visit there site for more details. There may be some other Institutes who are also offering BA in public administration. Age is not a bar for distance learning.

No, to become a lecturer or professor you should have completeted PhD. However, after completing MA you can become an Associate Professor in colleges and universities.

For pursuing a Bachelor's degree in public administration, a candidate must have completed higher secondary examination or 10+2 examination in any stream and from the recognised university.

The fee for first year is around Rs. 13500. and then second year onwards, it is near about 12500 rs. Total fee is around 38000 rs.

For admission in MA in public administration, you must have graduated with 50% marks. Final year appearing candidates can also apply on the provisional basis. SC/ST candidates must have secured passing marks.
