I think, you should opt MBA in Marketing/Brand/Advertising. The scope of MBA in Marketing is very good in today's market trend. MBA in Marketing is one of the oldest disciplines of management study. Yes you are eligible for Bachelor Degree in public relations from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.

There is no particular age limit to pursue a Diploma in PR. You can pursue the course right out of school (Class 12th). Graduates of a humanities background are eligible to take up Public relations during their higher studies in PR colleges. Post-graduate degrees and Diplomas are required to get placed in the field. Most Diploma courses in public relations last one year. There are short-term certificate courses also available that last a couple of months. Some colleges have entrance exams, while others also take up students on merit.

The eligibility criteria for PGDM is graduation in any stream with 50% marks. Last year students can also apply for the course. You should have cleared CAT or MAT exam for admission.
