Yes, it is a good profile depending on where you do this. In government Sector, a PRO is an officer level post. In the private sector, it might not be that high designation but it certainly has important works. Pros earn well once they do what they should be doing - Good PR!

It depends on your academic qualifications, plus experience. But, it is true that there is lot of good chances to earn big in PR. Average Package offered to someone from IIMC is between INR. 5 LPA to INR.10 LPA.

CSSRL provides professional training with hand-on practicals to prepare you for the cyber security workforce. Different training programs have different eligibility, duration, fees etc. You can choose right program depending on your eligibility. You can call for counselling if details on website are not enough for you to decide.
If you have completed or are appearing for final year of graduation, you can consider Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security from CSSRL, which is a 6 month program and will cost you 45000 INR
