Below is the step-by-step process for filling out the PUMDET application form:visit WBJEE's official website by searching "WBJEE" in your browser.You will see the "Recent Updates" section, where you can see "Online Application Form Submission for PUMDET-2024" click on it.It will redirect you to a page where you can see the "New Candidate Registration" button, click on it.Now, you need to enter your details and register yourself. It will create your application number, password, and security pin.Login again, and fill out the application form by selecting the course and the educational details also submit your photographs and required documents.The last date to fill the form is May 9, 2024. PUMDET 2024 application process is yet to start. The exam conducting body will release the PUMDET exam schedule soon at the official website of the exam. However, PUMDET 2023 application process was held between January 31 to February 21 on the official website of the exam. For this academic session, once the application form is released, candidates will be able to apply for PUMDET exam by visiting the official website of the WBJEE.  The PUMDET application process will be held online. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) conducts PUMDET to shortlist aspirants for admission in MA and MSc programmes offered at Presidency University, Kolkata.

Candidates can check the following steps to download the PUMDET result:The candidate will have to visit the official website of WBJEEB in order to check their ranks cards.On visiting the WBJEEB official site, candidates will have to click on ‘PUMDET 2023 Rank Card’ tab, which will be available on the website.On clicking the link, the candidate will be directed to a new page, where the aspirant will have to fill up the details in order to avail the rank card. Candidates will have to enter their application number, password and date of birth.The candidate will then have to click on the sign-in button.The candidate can view their respective PUMDET rank cards. Results will be available to individual candidates which will contain all relevant ranks and total score.Candidates are advised to download and take a print-out of their ranks cards as it will be required during the counselling process.

Special facilities to PwD candidates are as follows:Concessional application fees: PwD candidates are eligible for 40% concession on application fees. To avail the same, the candidate must formally apply in writing (enclosing a copy of his/her confirmation page and PwD certificate) to the Chairman, WBJEEB and send/submit the application to the Board office within the last date of online application.Compensatory time: Twenty minutes per hour compensatory time as per duration of examination (On pro-rata basis) will be allowed to the PwD candidates with benchmark disabilities.Scribe/reader: Facility of own Scribe/Reader will be allowed to a candidate with benchmark disability and has limitation in writing including that of speed if so desired by him/her.In order to avail the facility of compensatory time and/or scribe/reader, the candidate must formally apply in writing to the Chairman, WBJEEB and send/submit the application to the Board officewithin the last date of online application. Special arrangement will be made in the office of the Board in Kolkata for such candidates to sit for the examination. Such facilities are not available in other examination centers.The Board’s decision in this regard will be final and binding on the candidate.
