As per the IMDR Pune fee structure, there are multiple components including in the total fee. Students need to pay a certain amount of fee at the time of admission to confirm their seats. The total fee for two years of PGDM course is INR 5 lakh.Moreover, the fee for FPM programme, the course fee for first and second year is INR 2 lakh. To get a seat to MBA course at IMDR Pune, candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility criteria of the programme. Further, the eligible candidates must appear and qualify for any one of the entrance exams, including CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ ATMA/ MH-CET/ CMAT. Candidates who qualify the exam can apply for MBA course directly at the college's official website. Moreover, the final selection is based on candidates' performance in PI round.

GEIMS Pune offers Certificate in Graduate Marine Engineers programme for a duration of 18 months. For the first eight months, students understand the nuances of the shipping industry. Further, students are trained for four months as a Trainee Marine Engineer on a ship. Once this is done, students are trained for six months as a Junior Engineer on the ship.

Yes, candidates who are selected after personal interview for admission to GEIMS Pune have to undergo a comprehensive medical examination in Mumbai. The details regarding the medical assessment is provided to the students by the admission team. Only after completion of the medical examination, candidates are offered final admission in the institute.

GEIMS Pune offers courses at Diploma and certificate levels. The institute offers 12 months on shore followed by 18 months on board training in Diploma in Nautical Science. GEIMS offers certificate courses for duration ranging between four and eight months. Admission to most of the programmes at GEIMS is entrance-based.

Candidates need to pass Class 10 with a minimum of 40% aggregate with Science and Mathematics as subjects and 40% in English to apply for General Purpose Rating at GEIMS Pune. Aspirants with Diploma or a degree and have passed Class 10 with at least 40% aggregate with Science and Mathematics as subjects and 40% in English are also eligible to apply for GPR.
