Yes, you can opt directly for the management quota with Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET) for the B.E./B.Tech. One can get a seat within the college by managing entrance as the other modes that could have otherwise gotten it might not qualify candidates by TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions).

To get admission into the B.E. / B.Tech programme of Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET), eligibility must be fulfilled and admission needs to be pursued as per the prescription of the college. Students from Tamil Nadu would essentially be getting admission based on TNEA scores since they consider marks of class 12. Park College of Engineering and Technology does not provide 100% scholarship to all the students. However, scholarships with fee concession are given in the college based on merits, economic background, and government schemes to eligible students. For that, the Tamil Nadu Government Merit Scholarships, SC/ST Scholarships, Minority Scholarships, etc. are available. PCET has a satisfactory placement record. The Placement Cell has been working satisfactorily for the placements of the students in a variety of industries. Some of the reputed industries that come for campus recruitment are: IT, manufacturing, and engineering. Average packages of B.E. / B.Tech are ranging between ?3 LPA and ?5 LPA and some top performers have had higher packages. While the placements are competitive, students with a good academic record, internship, and skills have more opportunities. Yes, you can take direct admission to the B.E. / B.Tech course at Park College of Engineering and Technology (PCET) without participating in TNEA counseling.
