I have not much idea about dolphin colleges. But I will suggest you Chandigarh university. Chandigarh University (CU) is a prestigious Indian university that provides students with a unique blend of professional and academic excellence. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council has given the University the renowned A+ rating (NAAC). Chandigarh University has been India's the youngest and only private institution to receive an A+ in the first cycle of accreditation, as well as Punjab's only state private university to be recognised by NAAC.

There are 2-3 counsellings under BCA in which you get your seat according to your class 12 marks. If you have a good percentage you might get selected for the first counseling otherwise you could go as far as 4 counseling depending on the number of students. After you get selected you will get a message to pay your semester fee which is around RS 22000. The Moment you pay the fee you will get your roll number for that year. That is, now look ahead to going to your college.
