Mathematics is not compulsory in Chandigarh University and LPU in 11th and 12th for admission in BCA. While the eligibility criteria of DAV Chandigarh is given below.
Eligibility : 10+2 in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks and passed 10th with Mathematics as one subject.
So Mathematics is also not compulsory here for admission in BCA Ist year. However 5% weightage will be given in admission to the candidates studied Mathematics or CS/IT at 10+2 level.
