Candidate will be required to obtain a mimum of 40 persent marks however to become eligible for the award of degree a student must obtain a minimum of 50 persent of total marks of all courses prescribed for the 4 semester

I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University -Mohali Campus is a well established public/government University.For B.Arch couse faculties are well profiled and well qualified. All the professors are PhD holder or Scholar or in PhD final degree. As per review the faculty members are experienced and cooperative and helping nature also .
