Both are good, but B.Com is some other good option.

As per 2018 in LPU, it was 72 marks in JEE and 80% above in +2 marks. But, see the fee structure also i. e., it is payable by you or not, because Punjab colleges are very costly.

See, the cutoff for PEC Chandigarh changes from time to time. I would give the details of this year for open category.
CSE- 11k
ECE- 17k
Electrical- 35k
Mechanical- 32k
Aerospace- 37k
Civil- 50k
Metallurgy- 61k
Production- 53k
