No, candidates can not get admission to the MBA course at Punjabi University Patiala without appearing in the CMAT entrance examination. The university only accepts the score of the CMAT entrance examination to be eligible for admission. However, Punjabi University Patiala is affiliated with several colleges and institutes. Hence, many of the colleges and institutes do accept other entrance examinations apart from CMAT.
