If you are saying machine language, then you should have been specific. If its machine learning then it's the best job in today's world. Today python programmers are in high demand. Machine learning has taken almost everything. Sorry if its machine language. Let me know if it's not a typo.

It totally depends on your interests. Most popular and widely used languages are C and Python and they are getting their momentum back in the market. SQL is an easy language which can be learned easily and PHP is for server-side scripting for web development.

You have a good score in GRE and IELTS keeping that in mind you can do MS from foreign in Data Analytics as you are good in Python and R. You can easily get a scholarship in foreign.

Hi, you may, depending on how selective the universities are, how strong the other applicants are etc. You must show some relevant skills, good skills in quants, projects, workshops etc. LOR and SOP is also required.
