SPP has been replaced by SDS, so now instead of SPP you must apply through SDS and you can apply to any university or college under SDS.

The query you are asking sounds good from a 15 year old confused teenager. It is not quite clear as to what you are asking. If you are asking, then this is absolutely your choice. We are not aware of your plans and what you want to do in future. Know your own career goals and decide what you want. Nobody else can tell you what you should do and if you should doing it or not, not at least at this stage. Regarding the university, it is a good one and has many innovative programs. As an international student, you can work part time. Its a provision provided by the government. What you want to study is your choice. Please decide what to study based on your interests and then select your college. If you have no idea what to do its high time you figure out the same before investing abroad.

Yes, you can definitely consider this university. This is program is offered only by few of the Canadian universities. There are two universities which offer this program:
1. Concordia University
2. University of Ontario Institute Technology.
