While some may say that RV has a lower NIRF rating as compared to SASTRA, please note that the system is evidently flawed (Ex: BITS Pilani has a higher rank than VIT Vellore). If this framework was accurate and trusted, JEE toppers would head to IIT Madras rather than IIT Bombay for CSE. People would rush to join VIT instead of BITS Pilani. Hope you get the point.

As your score is good enough but it is not very good so you may get a good college but there are more chances to get a autonomous college. You can try to get admission but you may get a good college for BE in computer science.

RV College of Engineering, Bangalore is one of the top Colleges in India. It's ranked 58 All India by NIRF. Established in 1963 it has MOU and Twining programs with various Foreign Universities. It's also AICTE, NBA, NAAC Accredited. Talking about Aerospace Engineering it was established in year 2015 with the intake of 60. Aerospace Engineering is yet to be accredited by NAAC and NBA but is approved by AICTE. So saying it is good or bad can't say much. As said in an answer it is established newly so might be good might be bad. See the reviews of College. Click on the link below to see other aerospace engineering colleges in Bangalore.
