RBU does not administer entrance exams for any of its programmes. Students need to fill out the application form available on the university website and the RBU Admission 2022-23 last date is 05 August 2022. Students must obtain a minimum of 50% in order to graduate.

The three departments of fine arts, visual arts, and humanities have been established for the university courses. The most popular programmes are the B.A. (Hons. B.Ed Diploma, B.A. M.A. D.
