Raisen, Madhya Pradesh is home to (RTU) Rabindranath Tagore University. Its a Private Institute in MP. In addition to the UGC (University Grants Commission), the Government of Mp recognizes Rabindranath Tagore University. RTU is founded by the AISECT All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology.

Fees structure is Rs. 20000 per year and eligibility to get admission in B.Com course is 10+2 with 40%, also for admission in MBA the fee is Rs. 60000 and its eligibility is 10+2 with 40%, Further to get admission in BE the fee is Rs.45000 and eligibility is 10+2 with 40% whereas for L.L.B its Rs.30000 with eligibility in graduation with 45% and for BCA its Rs 20000 eligibility is 10+2 with 40%

For training and placement purposes, The Rabindranath Tagore University has signed MoUs with several organisations like Blue Prism India Private Limited, Rajiv Gandhi Diagnostic Centre, Media & Entertainment Skills Council (New Delhi), Neethi Lab, Kerala Medical Laboratory, Shriram Life Insurance Company, and Kamthi Motors LLP.

Admission for B.Tech in biotechnology will open in February 2024.
