If you're really interested in a radio jockey career, it is very important for you to be spontaneous, spunky and have a pleasing, friendly personality. A good voice and a strong command over language is always a good thing when you're looking to make a career in this field.
To become a good radio jockey, research is the key, like in every other field. You need to listen to good radio jockeys so that you can understand their style and later, with practice, develop your own. You need to understand what the masses need and give them just that.

To be RJ, you have to do Mass communication. You can take admission in those colleges which have Mass communication as a course. There are very good colleges in Delhi like IP university and Maharaja Agrasen College. Its fee maybe between 1 to 3 lakhs per year approx.

To an RJ - Radio Jockey - there is nothing that your being a Bio student can do against or in favor. However your Graduation shall matter a lot because that fulfills the eligibility thing to do a PG Diploma or a Master Degree in the Radio and RJ domain.
You need to be active, trained and confident of your voice and Presentation skills. Your Voice and Diction (not just language) should be STRONG and Trained.
Do some course in Radio Production from IGNOU or other leading places in INDIA or even globally.
