There is no grantee if one can be an actor via RJ stream but its a fact that there are few RJs in the Film industry who have become an actor. What is required in the glamour industry is that unless you make up good contact within the industry, chances of growth are really less. If you want to become and RJ, then you can start your career with your regional language and the radio of your area, and see how it helps you to become a great RJ. It is not necessary that you may know English for this. There are many people who don't know English and besides that they excel in their careers, because of their self-confidence and a strong belief. But, you should learn English slowly, whenever you feel like and depending upon your interest, and gradually you will learn things during your career itself, but don't leave your interest thinking that you don't know English. The basic educational qualification required for the post of Radio Jockey is "12th Class" from a recognised university in any stream. Skills needed for a Radio Jockey are as follows:

For TV anchor you need to learn mass communication and acting courses, whereas for RJ their are some institute (you can find on our home page) which give you training in RJying. Dear Muskan, It is not necessary to have a certificate or diploma, HOWEVER, it is always recommended to get formally trained by pursuing such course programs in Radio Jockeying, Anchoring, News Presentation and Mass Communication. Recruiters prefer to shortlist candidates having some sort of certification in related field.
