Hi,
Different universities and countries have different admission requirements. Most Radiology programs require at least 2 years clinical work experience depending on the university and whether it's M.Sc, PG Diploma or PG Certificate. Additionally an IELTS score of 7 or higher is required typically.

The eligibility conditions for B.Sc. radiography:
The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing B.Sc. (Radiography) degree is qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry and Mathematics as subjects studied at intermediate level. Some reputed colleges and institutes demand a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 as qualifying criteria to secure admission in this degree course.

All the Indian universities which are recognized by Indian education bodies like UGC or AICTE will be recognized the world over. So, yes, a degree in B.Sc in Radiology from Rama University will be valid in Nepal.
