According to the official notification of the ministry of railways, the assistant divisional medical officer is a group A officer in the Indian Railways. The ADMO will be paid at Junior Scale Level 10 of the Railway Services Pay Matrix. As an assistant divisional medical officer in the Indian Railways Medical Services, your salary will be as follows:

The Indian Railways will now recruit officers through the IRMS exam, and only the prelim stage will be common to the UPSC CSE; the other two stages have separate exam structures.
