Yes many colleges provide MBA course in less fee and there is no problem regarding placement if you are capable for placement then sure you got select for the job it is depend on your knowledge, skills. IIIT Allahabad ECE would be better. Honestly speaking here the colleges we are talking about are of very different standards. Although NIT Silchar is very underrated still it stands nowhere in front of IIIT Allahabad. You will ultimately need to learn concepts of CSE be it any branch in order to be competitive and updated.

IIIT does not have seats for international student. But you can try under NTPC quota and contact the IIIT administration for more information.
