UGC has decided that no professional course could be done by distance education mode and hence debarred all universities from offering such courses by distance education mode. In view of this, I do not think Kalinga University will be offering engineering graduation under distance mode. However, you can think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to a degree in engineering. It is very difficult to get any NIT or BIT Mesra at this rank. However, you can try for Jaypee Noida, UPES Dehradun, Galgotias College, etc. Otherwise, you may drop this year and prepare thoroughly for JEE again in the next year, and get your desired IIT or NIT.
