Raj College Eligibility

The selection criteria at Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering (MVGRCE) for B.E. / B.Tech course are as follows : Candidate have to passed 10+2 with at least 45% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.                           OR Candidate have to passed a related vocational course in Engineering and Technology.                          OR Candidate have to passed any other exam conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the required marks.                            OR If a candidate belongs to reserved category then they need to pass with at least 40% aggregate marks.10+2 marksA minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as options Entrance examA rank obtained in the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) Reserved categoryA minimum of 40% marks in 10+2 for candidates belonging to reserved category Bridge courseCandidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards must complete a bridge course Provisional applicationCandidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and are awaiting for their results can apply on a provisional basis MVGRCE also has a management quota for admission to its courses. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) releases advertisements in newspapers to specify the courses and number of seats under management quota. 

To be eligible for admission to the B.E. / B.Tech programme at Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering (MVGRCE), here are the basic criteria you need to meet: Educational Qualification: You must have completed your 10+2 (Intermediate) education with at least 50% marks in aggregate. The required subjects are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) for most engineering branches. Entrance Exam: Admission is generally based on the score obtained in the EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). For non-local students, JEE Mains scores are also considered. Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 16 years old at the time of admission, but there's no upper age limit for EAMCET. Reserved Categories: If you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), you may be eligible for certain relaxation in marks and qualifying exams as per the government rules

Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible.
Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB.
Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed Diploma in relevant stream from a recognised Institute.M.E./M.TechCandidate must have passsed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC
approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute.
