Rajarambapu Institute of Technology Eligibility

The selection criteria for the course B.E. / B.Tech at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology (RIT) shall be based on the performance of the candidate in either Maharashtra Common Entrance Test known as MHT CET, or JEE Main score. For candidates from Maharashtra state, the MHT CET score is primarily considered and out-of-state candidates can make an application through JEE Main scores. The candidate must have completed his/her 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum marks of 50% for open categories and 45% for reserved categories. Following selection in the entrance examination, candidates then go through a Centralized Admission Process for seat allotment and final selection.

Candidate must have completed B.Sc. from UGC/ Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.BBACandidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.After 10th DiplomaCandidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Science with Technical or HSC Science with Vocational Examination from a recognized board are eligible.

Candidate having 10th with 2 years ITI in a relevant specialization are also eligible for the lateral entry for diploma coursesM.E./M.TechSponsored candidate must have minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.MBA/PGDMCandidate must have completed minimum three year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with above mentioned marks (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from any of the Universities recognized by UGC or AIU.
