However, as of the last update mentioned in the information brochure, there are around 18 to 20 partcipating universities for the UG courses in Rajasthan JET Agriculture exam. Number of particpating colleges will vary and are greater than the number of participating universities. For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2 level. Candidate with 10+2 Arts and Commerce stream are not eligible for JET Examination.Candidate may attempt any three subjects in JET examination out of the above five. But those who want admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech. (Food Technology) do not have any choice and must attempt only PCM (Physics,  Chemistry & Mathematics).

Students who cleared their Senior Secondary Class 10 and 12 exams from the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer, or other recognised statutory boards are considered eligible for participating in JET in Agriculture. The eligible subject combinations will be:AgricultureBiologyChemistryMathematicsPhysicsThese combinations can again be depicted as ABC, PCM, PCB, PCMB, PCA, etc. To appear for the test, candidates must have passed all these subjects in Science or Agriculture streams with a minimum specified marks requirement, which usually is 50% for general categories and 45% for reserved categories.

The difficulty level of Rajasthan JET 2024 is moderate level to tough level. Therefore, students should be well-versed with the JET syllabus and the Rajasthan JET Exam pattern as well. As per various students who appeared for the Rajasthan Jet exam, the difficulty level was moderate. Also, all the questions are asked from the syllabus and current affairs.

The Rajasthan JET entrance exam is for those who want to pursue Undergraduate degree programmes in Allied Science and Agriculture. These courses are provided by the State Agriculture/Veterinary Universities of Rajasthan (SKRAU, Bikaner; MPUAT, Udaipur; Jobner; Jodhpur, Kota, SKNAU, AU and more universities (private) in Rajasthan for Agriculture subjects.

If we look at the acceptance ratio than ICAR exam wins because it is acceptable across India compared to the Rajasthan JET exam which is a state-level exam. Rajasthan JET is conducted once a year and the ICAR Exam is also conducted once in a year.

Once, a student clears the Rajasthan JET Exam they should know that admission to all programs depends on their rank and merit. Once, the written examination is over, candidates need to appear for the personal interview after the group discussion round. Also, to study any undergraduate and postgraduate course, students need to pass the Rajasthan JET Entranc Exam.

The Rajasthan JET exam question paper has a of total 800 marks and for every right response, students get 4 marks and for every wrong response, students get 0 marks which means there is no negative marking. The JET question paper is multilingual and the language of the paper is both in English and Hindi.
