Hello Divya, theoretically it is possible to get transfer from Jodhpur to Delhi E while in the second year of your B.Sc. Computer sciences course. However there are some restrictions in such transfers. First leave the equivalence between the two courses for the course offered by these two universities. Then the availability of vacancy in Delhi university. You need to approach administrative staff of your present college to guide you.
