Your JEE Mains rank and 10+2 standard marks both are good but not very good. However, you can apply for direct admission in UEM, Jaipur.

I think amity will be better. See the reason I am saying Amity is graphic era is famous for technical courses like B.Tech n all here B.Sc. microbiology is good but not the best so I advice you to choose Amity.

No, you can't. See, RTU is not so bright for engineering. If its possible head to south India. You may get much more expose - training and placement than Rajasthan.

RTU conducts their own entrance exams RPET. The quality of colleges under RTU is not so good. So, if you can head to the south. Don't be afraid to come out of your shell.
