National Institute of Technology (NIT) takes admission through AIEEE exam. If you want to get admission in NIT, then you need to
appear in AIEEE exam which is conducted by CBSE every year. To appear in AIEEE exam, you should pass the 12th standard. With Physics, chemistry and mathematics with at least 50% aggregate marks in that
subject. A candidates can appear in the AIEEE exam only three times. So after completing 12th standard. You can apply for the AIEEE examination. Yes you can gett into the good college nit jaipur

BITS-Pilani is the main campus. The main campus is better in term of crowd, infrastructure, faculty, facilities. The BITS-Pilani is far from main city, so the study environment is great. Don't be confused, go for Pilani campus.

No, you cannot change your college after 1st year in Rajasthan University. But, if you really want to change, then you have to change university and again start B.Sc from 1st year from another university.

College change or university change after first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms, some universities allow it and some won't. Plus, you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
