PPL requires 40 hrs of flying and DGCA exams to be cleared for the same.
The approximate fee for issue of PPL including DGCA exams and license issue checks should range around INR 5-6 lakhs.

Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy is regulated by DGCA.
For becoming a pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires 50% in PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. In General :
You should be aware that the cost of CPL Training is dependent on the type of aircraft you choose to get trained on.
Cessna 152 - Rs.7000-8000 Per Hour
Cessna 172 - Rs.9000-11000 Per Hour
P-16 - Rs.15000-18000 Per Hour
Etc.
And any candidate who gets enrolled for this professional training requires to complete 200 hrs of flying, in order to get his/her CPL issued.

No, college will give guarantee for placements, unless they have entered into an unholy nexus with some prospective employers. The case is same here also.

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.
