This academy has reasonably good reputation of placements. Presently, the aviation sector is seeing a boom in passenger as well as cargo traffic. Both are growing with 15% annually. This has resulted in aviation companies in India procuring aero planes in great numbers. This in turn has resulted in increased opportunities for AME's. Hence, I would say that you will have great chances of placements, if present trend continues.

Rajiv Gandhi Aviation Academy in Hyderabad is operating out of Begumpet Aerodrome, which is now used only for aviation training. On the other hand, Flytech Aviation Academy too is operating out of Hyderabad for more than 20 years. It too has a fine record. In view of the above, it's difficult to say which is better than the other. I would recommend that you should take admission in either college.

It's nice to know your interest in becoming an aircraft maintenance engineer. The basic eligibility is 10+2 with Maths & Physics or three years Diploma in any course higher than this. The Institute conducts an entrance test, if candidate fulfills above criteria. There are some more details that you will find if you follow the link that I am attaching.
