Candidates seeking admission to the BTech programme offered at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology must pay the non-refundable RGIPT BTech application fees of INR 600 plus INR 108 (Taxes) for SC/ ST/ PwD and female category candidates and, INR 1200 plus INR 216 (Taxes) for all other category candidates.

RGIPT fee structure for a two-year M.Tech programme is broken down into multiple components, such as tuition fee, hostel fee and one-time fee. Apart from the tuition fee of INR 40,000, candidates are required to pay the one-time fee of INR 16,000 which includes admission fee, alumni membership fee, student's welfare fund, thesis fees and caution money (refundable) and the hostel fee of INR 60,000. This fee is sourced from the official website of the institute/ sanctioning body. Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech programme offered at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology must pay the non-refundable RGIPT M.Tech application fees of INR 500 (for candidates who belong to General and OBC category) and, INR 250 (for candidates who belong to SC, ST and, PwD category) before filing of application form.

Candidates seeking admission to the MBA or MBA BA programme offered at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology must pay the non-refundable RGIPT MBA application fees of INR 400 (INR 200 for candidates who belong to the SC/ ST category) in the online mode.

 The total tuition fee of the M.Tech programme at RGIPT ranges between INR 40,000 - INR 12.99 lakh. Fee on the larger side in this ranges indicates the fee o fM.Tech integrated with the BTech programme.  For admission to the M.Tech programme at RGIPT candidates need a minimum of 60% marks/6.0 CPI on a 10 point in their graduation.

The application fee at RGIPT is non-refundable. It is INR 600/- + INR 108/- (Taxes) for SC/ST/PwD and female candidates, and INR 1200/- + INR 216/- (Taxes) for all other candidates.
