The specific programme will determine how many seats are available overall for the M.Tech programme at RGUKT Nuzvid. According to reservation criteria there are normally 30 seats available for the M.Tech in Computational Engineering program, divided among the following categories: General, OBC, SC/ST and EWS.GATE scores are the main factor used for admissions; if there are openings, certain seats may be given to non-GATE applicants using entrance exams unique to the university. According to government regulations, 5% of seats may also be set aside for PwD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates.

The computer Science branch at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) in Nuzvid has more placement opportunities than the mechanical branch.About 80% of students are getting placed in the branch of Computer Science . The highest package is 10 LPA, the lowest package is 3.6 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Companies like Vedanthu, Gridlex, World, and ships-like companies came to our campus for placement. Roles like associate engineer, developer, and researcher, etc., are offered.Whereas,   In mechanical, they  don't get so many placement opportunities as in there is low demand in the university for mechanical.

The faculty specifically for the M.Tech program, in particular, Engineering Analysis and Design at RGUKT Nuzvid can be said to possess adequate knowledge and guidance. The students note in their feedback that one relates to the professors as friends as they offer a lot of help throughout the programs. RGUKT Nuzvid does not accept the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate students intakes. Each of the programs offered at RGUKT Nuzvid admit students based on the entrance tests such as IIT-JEE Main or a state-level examination in the case of B.Tech programme.  Thereby for undergraduate admissions CUET is mainly employed by the central universities and some state universities. Therefore in order to get the most updated information one should visit the official website of the RGUKT Nuzvid or contact the admissions office.
