Rajiv Gandhi Central University offers Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA) / Bachelor of Music (B.Music) for three years duration. The programme is offered under the Department of Fine Arts & Music, Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. The programme currently offers Honours in Hindustani Vocal Music. BPA/B.Music has been designed on the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).
