Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.M.E./M.TechCandidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university.
Final year students can also apply on provisional basis.

The eligibility criteria of MCA of Ramaiah Institute of Technology is given below.
Eligibility: Candidates who have passed a 3-year bachelor's degree from a recognized university with not less than 50% of the marks in aggregate of all the years of the degree examination with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Programming/ Computer Applications/ Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics as one of the optional subjects/ electives at degree level. In case of candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST and Category-l the minimum aggregate is 45%.
Entrance Exam: KMAT or PGCET any one mandatory
NIMCET is for admission in NITs for MCA programme. NIMCET is not applicable for Ramaiah Institute of Technology for MCA admission.
