There is no definitive rank for the MBA Course at Ramaiah Institute of Management as the number of appearing students in the MAT Exam ( Entrance for MBA) keep on changing in every subsequent year. By tracking the trend of cutoff percentiles for MBA at Ramaiah, a percentile score of more than 65 should be enough.

Yes, it is better than others universities because of the reason that I Let you know to tell you that both of the colleges are the topmost private engineering college across the country. Also it is true that every curiculam, academics and placements are totally dependent on CSE branch performance;
Best in case of every criteria:
On behalf of Placement is MS Ramaiah
Quality of education is MS Ramaiah
Average package VIT greater than MS Ramaiah
Ranking of college VIT greater than MS Ramaiah
Now I hope you can better identify the best for you. Thank You.

You need a very high rank (22737) in DECT. Most of the seats are reserved for the state domicile students so getting admission from foreign state is going to be very difficult. And the lateral entry and the normal entry is same.
