Hello Amal,
Frankly speaking although, Medical Electronics (which is mainly related to designing of medical equipments) will see a growth in the coming years due to the growth in health care business and new technology inventions in the area but as of now the career scope is decent and not very booming. As this is quite a new field in India, there are not many colleges offering this course. However, few of which you can check are: Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, MS Ramaiah University.
After attaining a degree you would be able to find a job with Hospitals & various medical equipment manufacturers or after gaining some experience

Acharya Institute is better than M.S Ramaiah institute in many ways when you compare the college. Acharya has good placement and infrastructure is also good. On the above of that, they provide students opportunity to explore.

It's one of the most guarded secrets. No college publishes this. However, it's understood that it's the game of demand & supply and of course bargaining skills. Normally, it would be multiple times the normal fee structure.

Dear Prakhar, there is no criteria you should pass Diploma engineering with minimum 45%. To get admission in B.Tech on basis of Diploma engineering you will have to appear in LEET entrance exam conducted by each state university & some deemed university. On that basis, you can get good college. Some colleges also provide direct admission in management seats.
