Yes, you can. The minimum qualification required to be deemed eligible is 3-year UG. Also, you have to take an entrance test.

The specialization offered in MBA are finance, marketing, HR, operations, entrepreneurship. There are no civil specific branches but you can consider taking operations as your specialization. You cannot get admission without giving any entrance test. You can give CAT,CMAT,MHT-CET for taking admission.

VIIT will be more preferable option since RCOEM has not that much of opportunities in near future.

There are very selective companies that come for the placements (civil engineering).
Approx 5-6 companies which offer core civil jobs.
