Yes you can pursue B.Com without Maths in any of the DU colleges if you meet the eligibility criteria.

You are true and it's expected that this time cut off will go time. Try in second and third cutoff. Infact I also want to add on that don't run for college, run for the course, the subject you love. DU has many good colleges and infact faculty in every college is very good.

Hindu College is better in terms of its experienced faculty, labs, and the overall study environment. Its one of best college's in the country for Science.

Only Delhi College of Art at Tilak marg near ITO, offers BFA in 3 different streams, admission is only through entrance Exam. Other than DU Jamia Millia Islamia University offers the same course in different streams.

I thing Chandigarh University is best for MSC Chemistry. not only for studies but it is value for money and placement too. last year the highest L.P.A. was of 35L.p.a. So I think taking admission in CU is a kind of steal deal.
