Wait for the cutoffs that Delhi University will release. If you clear the cutoff, you're admission will be done on the given dates.

Hello Shweta,
These two subjects are as divers as chalk from cheese. Political Science graduation could be your stepping stone for your career but programming too is very interesting subject involving logical reasoning etc. What is important is what is your liking. Which of the two subjects fascinates you? My advise would be follow your heart.

I'm really sorry but there is no course available at the University Of Delhi which offers you seats in 57%. Kids scoring 75% are unable to grab a seat. It will be great if you try somewhere else.

Hi Suraj, for the past 5-6 years the admission scenario in DU has become extremely competitive where the cutoffs sore was extremely high. The benchmark for the first cutoff list is generally above 95% in most colleges and the final cut off list barely goes below 90%. It is a difficult call for the candidates who belong to the general category. I have attached a link to the page which shows the cut-off list of previous two years for all DU colleges, please go through it: http://www.du.ac.in/du/index.php?page=cut-off-2017

Hi Ritish,
The thing is that the admission for Maths Honors in DU happens through merit basis. If your score in board exams reaches the cut off for the college you prefer, you'll get admission directly. For admission, you need to fill an online form, which would be available on the DU's website a month or two later. Visit the website regularly and stay updated. For a better perspective, go through the link called 'Bulettin of Information' of last year, which explains all you would want to know about admissions. Just scroll a bit down on the home page of the website and you'd find it.

Hi,
There is no system for cut off as such, but last year the list of selected candidates was closed after the fourth list. If you are selected then you'd be admitted under the Department of Zoology. Selected candidates are allotted in different colleges of DU, so there is no certainty whether you'd get Ramjas or not, that's what the university decides. In total, there are 46 seats in case of general category. You should have secured at least 50% marks in your graduation exam to be eligible for the entrance exam. Having completed your Bachelor's degree in any medical Science course from a recognized university. Since, you have done zool
