IIIT Ranchi is a Public-Private institute which was established in 2016 by the MoE, the Government of India, and the Government of Jharkhand along with the industry partners TCS, TTL,  and CCL in a Public Private Partnership. The college has been given the status of the of the Institute of National Importance under the Act of Parliament. To get admission to this college, candidates must have valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as JEE Main, GATE, and others.

According to me no, because Amity University Ranchi is one of the best private engineering institutes than Usha Martin University Ranchi. Because some things are better at Amity University than Usha Martin University.For example, Amity University is expensive (10 lack total fees ) but has excellent placement (49 LPA), while Usha Martin University has lower costs (4.8 lack total fees) but placements are not as good as Amity. Amity University has a little bit more facilities than Usha Martin University. For additional information, you can check all of it on Shiksha.com

Both colleges are good and fees structure are also same, to get answer to our question we must look there infrastructure, faculty and the most important placement. In all othe category Arka Jain University has edge over CIT Ranchi. As per review of students, In Arka Jain placement are best most students aot placement and also they got placement, and infrastructure is new and can be considered best. On the other hand students review about CIT is not that good. Most students are not placed and there are no good companies for placement rounds most students get small jobs at TCS and wipro.
